Do you accept returns or exchanges?
Unfortunately, we do not offer returns or exchanges given that all items are personalized.
Do you offer cancellations?
There can't be any changes or cancellations once the order is placed. Please review your entire order before purchasing.
Do you take custom orders, if so, how do I place one?
Yes! We actually take custom orders. Please message us on our Instagram, or email us at craftsbyadi@gmail.com.
Does the glitter inside the wristlet rub on your skin?
The glitter does not rub off or leave excess on the skin. If you have sensitive skin and this may be an issue, this product may not be suitable for you.
What if I received a damaged or wrong item?
All orders are inspected prior to being mailed. However, in the event that the item sent was wrong or damaged, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your order. If not contacted within the 24 hours, we will assume the item was successfully delivered in an acceptable condition.
What if I accidentally put the wrong address?
It is the customer's responsibility to provide the right shipping information. If the package is delivered back, the customer is responsible to pay additional mailing fees. Please make sure to look over your shipping information before placing an order.
What if I have not received my order?
Once the order is in the possession of the postal service, I am no longer responsible for shipping delays or stolen/lost items. Please contact USPS at (800) 275-8777 for further assistance with your order.
